Amit has held leading roles in MNCs such as ITC Ltd, Barista Coffee Company and Pernod Ricard. Distinguished with an MBA from the University of Wellington, New Zealand, Amit plunged into entrepreneurship in 2009, founding Grover & Company. From humble beginnings in New Zealand to Grover & Company's expansion into Australia, UAE and the UK, Amit has come a long way in understanding the impact of cross-border business on SMEs. Today Amit is playing an active role as an impact ambassador advocating environmental and social causes such as climate change, food security, gender equality, and financial inclusion through women entrepreneurship-focused incubators and food, agriculture, climate, and financial technology-focused venture capital funds.
