Sumer Chopra

‘’Sumer is one of the Founding members of Alumia, a global capital-raising platform, headquartered in Luxembourg. He is responsible for capital raising, fund distribution, and SPAC advisory at Alumia. Previously, Sumer was the Lead SPAC Expert at Mazars Luxembourg, responsible for the capital markets advisory for SPAC & De-SPAC engagements. He was also part of the Corporate Finance division at Mazars Luxembourg, performing Valuations for M&A transactions and specializing in valuation of alternative assets such as VC, PE, and Real Estate. Sumer has been studying & researching SPACs for close to a decade and has been involved in several SPAC IPOs and De-SPACs. Sumer acts as an advisor for SPACs and SPAC Target Companies, advising on topics including capital raising, target search, due diligence, deal structuring, and M&A execution. He holds a Masters degree in Financial Markets Investments from SKEMA Business School.’’
